WE ARE AT YOUR SERVICE

Truman Property Management is a family-owned real estate and property management company serving Northwest Montana. We specialize in residential, multi-family and commercial real estate transactions. Based in Kalispell, the heart of the Flathead Valley, we can assist in buying, selling or leasing real estate.

Our mission statement is simple and straight-forward:

Truman Property Management is owned and operated by Chet and Corynne Todd.

CHET TODD

Owner/Broker

Chet’s family has deep roots in Flathead Valley dating back to the 1960’s when his grandfather first flew over the region as a pilot. Following that he purchased his first property and the family fell in love with the region. Montana continued to be a vacation spot and is now home. Through years as a pilot and innkeeper in the valley they became more and more rooted, purchasing real estate and becoming landlords. In March of 2014 Chet got his real estate license, while also finishing his BS in professional aeronautics and business management. After five successful years at RE/MAX, in April of 2019, he started his own brokerage.

CORYNNE TODD

Managing Partner

Corynne received her BS in Social Science in 2009 and worked for her family’s business as she developed administrative, bookkeeping, scheduling and managing skills. She then moved to Montana with Chet in 2010 and ran the bed and breakfast with her husband. She also taught in Special Ed at Marion School. Following teaching, the family started Truman Investments, and she helped manage the storage units. She now helps Chet run Truman Property Management while raising three kids.
